Product Overview: The MTH-7D is designed to quickly detect crack leakage of the coating, including pinholes, bubbles, and cracks in anti-corrosion layers. It is particularly effective for inspecting the integrity of coatings on various types of pipelines and surfaces, enhancing the reliability and safety of structures in industries such as oil, gas, chemical, and others.

Working Principle: The MTH-7D works by applying a high-pressure pulse through an anti-corrosive layer to the conductor. If the coating is too thin or there are defects like metal leakages or pinholes, the device will produce a spark through the air gap and generate an alarm, combining both sound and light signals for immediate detection.

Working Conditions: The detector is designed to operate at room temperature in environments free from moisture and corrosive gases.
