Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Inspection Tool Specialists. If you need to return or exchange an item, please carefully read and follow the guidelines outlined below:

  1. Return Eligibility:

    • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
    • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
    • All accompanying accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Goods that have been shipped on express service from a supplier abroad are not eligible for return unless explicitly agreed upon via email prior to acceptance. This policy applies to items clearly marked as such during the checkout process.
  3. Return Process:

    • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be clearly marked on the return package.
    • Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using a traceable shipping method with insurance to protect your return shipment.
    • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 2-5 business days.
  4. Refund and Exchange:

    • If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • If you prefer to exchange the item for another product, we will assist you in placing a new order and processing the exchange accordingly.
  5. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.

Please note that Inspection Tool Specialists reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with our return policy. Additionally, any items returned without a valid RMA number may not be accepted or processed.
