Product Overview: The MFP14-A is a new generation automatic film processor from Mitech Co. Ltd., designed for fast and efficient processing of various size films. It features a super digital display board, a microcomputer control system, and a dense array type roller group for film transfer. The machine is capable of adjusting the gap bridge direction to prevent film stuck and employs a professional prototype drying air duct system for drying both sides of the film without leaving water prints. It is suitable for applications in aerospace, military, shipbuilding, chemical industries, mining inspection, and more.

Function & Application: The MFP14-A is used in various fields including aerospace, military railway, shipbuilding, chemical, mining inspection, pressure vessel and pipeline inspection, and oilfield power plants for developing, fixing, washing, and drying film processes.

Working Principle: The film processing includes developing, fixing, washing, and drying stages. It requires proper temperature, time, and liquid concentration control in each stage to ensure the film is processed correctly.

  • Operation Temperature: +23°C to +30°C
  • Storage Temperature: +28°C
  • Relative Humidity: ≤70%
  • Environment should be free of vibration, strong magnetic fields, corrosive media, and heavy dust.
