Product Overview: The MD-500 is designed for quick drying of films after ray detection. It utilizes PU and soft rubber rollers for transporting the film and features a good water absorption sponge shaft. The machine is intended for efficient drying without water marks or damage, and its speed is adjustable. It is suitable for manual film washing and can use an external water source for rinsing if necessary.

Function & Application: The MD-500 is primarily used in drying manually washed X-ray films for various fields including photography, medical, scientific research, industrial, and others.

Working Principle: The principle involves fixing the film on the device and allowing it to dry quickly and efficiently without water damage, using a method that prevents water marks.

• Environment free from corrosive media and high magnetic fields.

Operating Method and Attentions:

• Use an anhydrous cycle or external water source.
• Ensure the machine is filled with clean water and set appropriately.
• Check for water on the surface of the water tank and adjust the drain valve as necessary.
• Before operating, load a piece of old clean film to test the machine's functionality.
• After use, ensure the machine is properly shut down and drained, maintaining ventilation if possible.

Instrument Maintenance:

• Clean the platform and body before use to avoid dust and dirt.
• Ensure peripheral equipment is correctly connected and functioning.
• Open the cover and clean off any water drops or vapor to prevent crystallization or dirt on the drive roller.
• Fill the cleaning tank after wiping and check all settings and supply systems before use.
• After operation, shut down the power and water supply, and perform necessary draining and cleaning steps.
