PCE-DT 65 is a digital handheld tachometer, or rotation meter, that can take both contact and non-contact measurements of rotation speed and linear speed. This handheld tachometer features an integrated laser and includes a mechanical attachment with contact probes, making it the ideal measuring instrument for machines, motors, conveyor belts and other moving parts.

Non-contact measurements are taken with the help of laser-reflective tape that is fixed on the moving part. 3 x strips of reflective tape (each 20 mm or 0.8 in) are included in the delivery contents. (For additional reflective tape, please see the accessories tab.) Contact measurements are taken using the included mechanical attachment and contact probes. The tachometer comes factory calibrated. Optional ISO calibration is available for an additional fee - see accessories for details.
