The iRock Automatic Series is a premium fully automatic Rockwell hardness testing solution designed for production facilities, QC laboratories, and advanced manufacturing environments requiring maximum repeatability and reduced operator influence.
Featuring one-key automatic testing, auto lifting, automatic load change, automatic loading/dwell/unloading, and automatic hardness conversion, the iRock Series significantly improves testing efficiency while reducing human error.
The integrated 5.2” color touch screen provides a modern user experience with real-time display of test force, dwell time, hardness scale, conversion values, statistical analysis, and data management functions.
Available in Standard Rockwell, Superficial Rockwell, and Twin Rockwell configurations, the iRock Series is ideal for high-throughput inspection, production QC, metallurgy, heat treatment verification, aerospace, automotive, and industrial manufacturing applications.
The system also supports ASTM E140 hardness conversion, statistical reporting, upper/lower tolerance alarms, optional wireless printing, SPC software integration, and multi-language operation.
