The SL3100 is a compact, head-worn UV LED flashlight designed for non-destructive testing (NDT) applications such as fluorescent penetrant (PT) and magnetic particle inspection (MP). With a zoomable lens and rotating top head, the SL3100 offers flexible, hands-free UV illumination in challenging environments.
Delivering up to 10 000 uWcm2 UV intensity at 38 cm and powered by dual 18650 lithium batteries, it provides 3.5 hours of continuous use. The front head zooms in and out to adjust the beam from 20 mm to 100 mm, while the top head rotates 90°, allowing full illumination control.
Compact, rugged, and built for field use, the SL3100 is ideal for mining, maintenance, inspection, and industrial operations where visibility and mobility are essential.
