The N1 type 45N magnetic particle lifting force refers to the attraction exerted by the portable magnetic particle testing machine's magnetic yoke at maximum magnetic pole spacing on ferromagnetic materials.
The lifting force of the magnetic yoke is influenced by factors such as the cross-sectional area of the magnetic yoke core, magnetic properties of the core material, and the size of the excitation specification.
It reflects the magnetic yoke's attraction when the peak value of magnetic induction intensity B reaches a specific magnitude.
At maximum spacing, AC electromagnetic yokes should have a minimum lifting force of 45N, DC electromagnetic yokes should have at least 177N lifting force, and cross magnetic yokes should have a minimum lifting force of 118N (with a 0.5mm gap between the magnetic pole and the workpiece surface).
