Product Description:

The Surface Roughness Tester is a versatile instrument widely used in production sites to measure the surface roughness of various machinery-processed parts. It calculates corresponding parameters based on the selected measuring conditions and clearly displays all measurement parameters.

Product Features:

Compatible with four standards: ISO, DIN, ANSI, and JIS. The tester utilizes a sensor that is placed on the surface and uniformly slides along it by driving the internal mechanism. The sensor measures surface roughness using a sharp built-in probe. The roughness causes displacement of the probe, resulting in a change in the inductive amount of induction coils. This change generates an analog signal proportional to the surface roughness at the output end of the phase-sensitive rectifier. The exclusive DSP processes and calculates the measurement results, which are then displayed on the LCD.
