Product Description:

The Surface Roughness Tester is a widely used instrument in production sites for measuring the surface roughness of various machinery-processed parts. It calculates corresponding parameters based on selected measuring conditions and displays all measurement parameters clearly.

Product Features:

Compatible with four standards: ISO, DIN, ANSI, and JIS. The measurement process involves placing the sensor on the surface and sliding it uniformly using the internal mechanism of the tester. The sensor utilizes a sharp built-in probe to measure the surface roughness. This roughness causes displacement of the probe, resulting in a change in the inductive amount of induction coils, generating an analog signal proportional to the surface roughness at the output end of the phase-sensitive rectifier. The exclusive DSP processes and calculates the measurement results, which are then displayed on the LCD.
