The Shore Hardness Tester AS-120 Series offers a range of models (A, B, C, D, E, O, DO, OO) with different probe sizes to measure the hardness of various materials. It is designed to meet different hardness measurement requirements for different types of materials.

Product Model Information:

The AS-120 Series includes different models with corresponding indenters and typical examples of materials tested, along with their hardness values. Here are some examples:

Model A: 0.79 Truncated (frustum) cone indenter. Suitable for soft vulcanized rubber, natural rubber, nitriles, thermoplastic elastomers, wax, felt, leathers, etc. Hardness values range from 20 to 90A.

Model B: R0.1 Cone indenter. Suitable for moderately hard rubber, thermoplastic elastomers, paper products, fibrous materials, etc. Hardness values above 90A and below 20D.

Model C: 0.79 Truncated (frustum) cone indenter. Suitable for medium-hard rubber, thermoplastic elastomers, medium-hard plastics, thermoplastics, etc. Hardness values above 90B and below 20D.

Model D: R0.1 Cone indenter. Suitable for hard rubber, thermoplastic elastomers, harder plastics, rigid thermoplastics, etc. Hardness values above 90A.
Model DO: R1.2 Spherical radius indenter. Suitable for moderately hard rubber, thermoplastic elastomers, very dense textile windings, etc. Hardness values above 90C and below 20D.

Model E: R2.5 Spherical radius indenter. Suitable for hard sponge, EVA. Hardness values above 90DO and below 20A.

Model O: R1.2 Spherical radius indenter. Suitable for soft rubber, thermoplastic elastomers, soft plastics, thermoplastics, etc. Hardness values below 20DO.

Model OO: R1.2 Spherical radius indenter. Suitable for extremely soft rubber, thermoplastic elastomers, sponge, foams, low-density textile windings, etc. Hardness values below 20O.
