The pipe inspection crawler has intelligent wheels as platform, high definition
camera, high brightness LED lights, 10.4” Android tablet, full function software. For
different requirements, it could load sonde, mechanical arm, root cutter, gas detector
and other professional tools, to work in the pipes, underwater and other complex
conditions.
It has been widely used in pipe detection, mine inspection, tunnel inspection,
earthquake rescue, fir rescue, power inspection, anti-terrorism and other fields.

2) Powerful drive and high speed: 2 x 80W motors imported from Switzerland. Hollow
design of chassis gives it better obstacle climbing capacity. Max speed 35m per minute.

270°, auto focus, 120 times zoom, adjustable LED lights, 10.4” touch screen, it could show
the live conditions in the pipes.
4) Easy to operate: Android operation system, stable and easy to use. The user could
input the information of pipes and defects with the keyboard; Cable drum with wheel sets
is easy to carry; Camera head has electrical lifting function.
5) Touch screen: It could be operated by touch screen, all in one design.
6) Safety design: Crawler with anti-explosion certificates, IP68 waterproof, working in 10
meters water, indicate the situation of crawler on screen. High sensitivity sensor to
prevent the crawler turned over in the pipe.
7) Smart design help to reduce the defective rate: The cable socket of crawler to cable
drum does not bear the pulling force; 1pc screw to fix the wheel; 4pcs pulleys around the
cable to protect the cable.8) Software: Developed by ourselves, powerful but easy to use.
