Product Description:

The HBa-1 is a digital indentation hardness tester designed and developed by our company. It incorporates features such as balance positioning, a digital display of hardness value, and non-disassembly calibration and adjustment. The tester offers excellent stability, convenient calibration, and high detection accuracy. It is primarily used in the aluminum processing industry for testing various aluminum products, including pure aluminum, soft aluminum, thick aluminum alloy, aluminum strip, aluminum rod, aluminum castings, and aluminum forgings. It can also be used in the glass steel industry. The relevant standards for this tester are ASTM B648-10 (2015), ASTM D2583-13, and GB/T 3854-2005.

Product Features:

Compact size and portable design. Can be operated with a single hand and used in any accessible location.
Wide test range, capable of testing very soft pure aluminum to particularly hard aluminum alloys. The effective test range is equivalent to a Brinell Hardness of 25~135HB.
No need for support. The tester can be applied to one side of the sample without additional support, making it suitable for large and extra-thick workpieces.
Maximum hold function records the maximum hardness value during measurements.
Can be used for measuring Barcol Hardness, and other hardness values can be calculated using the experimental curve. This includes Brinell Hardness (HB), Vickers Hardness (HV), Webster Hardness (HW), and Rockwell Hardness (HRB/HRE/HRF/HRH).

Bluetooth Accessories:

Most Amittari instruments can be supplied with Bluetooth data output function, except for a few models. Bluetooth data output is included as an optional accessory and is not part of the standard delivery. When choosing Bluetooth data output, a range of 10 meters to 100 meters can be selected. Please contact our customer service representative if you need Bluetooth data output for your instrument.
