Description

The V3 Series CNC Multi-Sensor Vision Measuring Machines combine automated optical measurement, touch probe inspection and non-contact confocal laser measurement into a powerful dimensional metrology platform. Available in A, B, C and D configurations, the V3 Series can be configured for traditional 2D vision measurement through to full multi-sensor 3D inspection applications.

Built on a rigid granite structure and equipped with precision linear guides, servo motors and advanced measurement software, the V3 Series enables fully automated inspection routines, batch measurement and CAD-assisted programming.

Available in measuring capacities from 300 × 200mm through to 600 × 500mm, the V3 Series supports four sensor configurations, ranging from advanced optical measurement through to multi-sensor inspection using touch probes and confocal laser technology.

The V3 Series is ideal for manufacturers requiring automated production inspection, first article inspection, GD&T verification, reverse engineering and advanced dimensional analysis.
