Description

The HotPurge® Heat Resistant Inflatable Pipe Weld Purging System is a specialised high-temperature weld purging solution designed for demanding welding applications involving chrome steels, duplex stainless steels, titanium, and other high-performance alloys.

Unlike conventional inflatable purge systems, the HotPurge® Series is manufactured using advanced heat-resistant and insulated materials capable of operating continuously at temperatures up to 300°C (572°F). This allows reliable purge gas containment during elevated temperature welding processes where standard inflatable systems would fail.

The system features a tandem inflatable dam design connected by a volume-reducing sleeve, significantly reducing purge gas consumption while maintaining fast purge times and excellent weld quality. Each system is fitted with the PurgeGate® integrated purge control system as standard for improved oxygen displacement and efficient purging performance.

Designed for critical industrial welding applications, the HotPurge® Series helps produce clean, oxide-free welds while improving productivity and reducing argon usage in challenging high-heat environments.
