Description

The A6 AutoMea Series Bridge CNC Vision Measuring Machines are designed for high-precision inspection of large components where conventional cantilever measuring systems reach their limits.

Unlike traditional vision measuring machines, the A6 Series utilizes a moving bridge structure with a stationary workpiece. This design significantly improves stability, accuracy and repeatability when measuring larger and heavier components.

The A6 Series is a fully automatic CNC vision measuring platform featuring automatic positioning, automatic zoom, automatic focus, automatic lighting control and fully automated measurement routines. Available in measuring capacities from 300 × 400mm through to 1600 × 2600mm, the A6 Series is suitable for aerospace, automotive, medical, electronics, tooling and heavy engineering applications.

Multiple sensor configurations are available, ranging from advanced optical measurement through to complete multi-sensor inspection systems combining touch probe and confocal laser technologies.
