MR®76F Magnetic Powder Suspension – Fluorescent (Aerosol)

Ultra-Sensitive Oil-Based Fluorescent Magnetic Particle Suspension

Description
MR®76F is a high-performance, ultra-sensitive oil-based magnetic particle suspension aerosol designed for fluorescent magnetic particle inspection. It delivers clear, strong, background-free crack indications under UV light for maximum flaw visibility.
Packaged in a ready-to-use aerosol, MR®76F is perfect for on-site inspections, remote assessments, and environments where bulk handling is impractical. The wide, even spray ensures uniform coating of large or complex surfaces, streamlining the inspection of pipelines, tubing, and heavy structural components.
The formulation uses MR’s Super Wetting Technology (SWT) and Encapsulation Technology for superior particle mobility, ensuring strong particle build-up, exceptional sensitivity, and stable particle suspension.
