MR® 68NF is an ultra-sensitive, solvent and water washable penetrant designed for non-destructive testing (NDT). Formulated with an eco-friendly, biodegradable composition, it ensures exceptional flaw detection sensitivity while minimising environmental impact.

Suitable for detecting surface defects on a wide range of materials including metals, plastics, ceramics, and composites, MR® 68NF offers vivid red fluorescent indications for clear, reliable results under both visible and UV light.

How to Use

1. Clean and dry the test surface.

2. Apply MR® 68NF penetrant evenly and allow adequate dwell time.

3. Remove excess penetrant with water or an approved cleaner.

4. Apply developer for enhanced visibility of flaws.

5. Inspect under appropriate lighting conditions.
